Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing in-store presentation, insuring a fully stocked store with proper signage and superior visual presentation.
2. Assist with warehouse paperwork and problem shipments.
3. Provide training for merchandise and presentation.
4. Enter and lead price change process. Lead best practices program and assure prompt execution of markdowns.
5. Provide floor leadership during hours of operation as well as opening and closing the store on assigned days. Will be responsible for specific area of the store, either men’s, misses, or intimates/youth, including visual presentation. Execute best practices.
6. Assist management team in warehouse with prompt and accurate receipt of goods and door to floor presentation.
7. Insure proper execution on store signage package.
8. Research negative inventory and key inventory adjustments.
9. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
Education/Experience:
1. Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-5
2. 4-year college degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
3. Retail merchandising experience required.
4. Experience with apparel preferred.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
1. This position involves opening and closing responsibility, therefore, weekends and evening work schedule is required.
2. While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools, or controls, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance.
3. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
