This individual will work as part of the DTC International Team to help us successfully grow our business in China, primarily through Tmall – the largest online marketplace in China.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations for the Hollister store on Tmall
Analyze business and operations by evaluating various reports
Review and monitor online merchandise to ensure site merchandising is appropriate for the channel and brand
Manage and troubleshoot product feeds to ensure products are published accurately and successfully
Identify areas of opportunity to optimize pricing and inventory
2. Coordinate Tmall marketing
Coordinate promotions with internal and external teams
Coordinate paid and brand marketing across various channels within Tmall and Taobao
Propose product, pricing, and inventory recommendations
Collaborate with various cross functional groups to align and execute campaigns
3. Projects and enhancements
Identify growth opportunities and work cross-functionally to execute tests
Identify areas for process and storefront improvements and provide recommendations to internal teams
Assist various teams in applicable project support (requirements, testing, post-launch analysis, etc.)
Collaborate with various cross functional groups to align and execute campaigns
College degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with website analytics required
Strong communication skills with a curious, analytical mindset and aptitude for problem solving
Self-motivated with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed
Must balance competing priorities and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision
Willing to help the team with other tasks when needed
